Picker / Packer (1st Shift) for a busy logistics and fulfillment facility in Hazelwood, MO earning up to $16.50 per hour.

What You Will Do - Order Fulfillment: Pick customer orders accurately using pick sheets or RF hand scanners.
- Packaging & Inspection: Inspect product quality and pack goods securely into boxes for shipment.
- Labeling & Palletizing: Label shipping containers, seal packages, and stack boxes onto pallets.
- Quality Assurance: Verify order items and quantities against packing slips to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Station Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to prevent warehouse hazards.
- Inventory Support: Assist with general warehouse inventory sorting and stocking as needed.
What You Need - Experience: Prior picker/packer, warehouse, or order fulfillment experience preferred (entry-level candidates with strong work history are welcome to apply).
- Technical Skills: Comfort using basic electronic devices or hand scanners for inventory tracking.
- Detail Focus: Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
- Reliability: Reliable transportation and consistent, punctual attendance every day.
- Screening: Ability to pass standard background check and drug screening requirements.
